Allerdings mu\u00df ein Service und dessen Qualit\u00e4t in einer einzigen Zahl beschrieben werden.<br \/>\nDeshalb werden die SLA-relevanten Daten aus vielen Datenquellen und in unterschiedlichen Formaten bereitgestellt \u2013 und m\u00fcssen dann im Reporting oft manuell aggregiert werden &#8211; um die finale Aussage \u00fcber die Service-Qualit\u00e4t zu treffen.<\/p>\n<p>SLIC kann diesen Prozess vollst\u00e4ndig automatisieren, indem die Logik des SLA einmal erfasst wird, die Schnittstellen zu unterschiedlichen Tools eingerichtet, die Daten periodisch importiert, Incidents berechnet und in SLA Metriken berechnet werden.
